This was another project for another long- term (9 years) client.  Our relationship with this client began with a rental in Greenwich Village.  Over the years we have also helped this client purchase an investment property which we rent out for them, and also to purchase their current home in Brooklyn.  After a few years, the client reached out because they felt that their kitchen needed an upgrade. 

     They were having issues with an awkward layout/gaps of space, storage, counter space, exposed trash bin and outdated cabinets.  With their needs in mind we came up with a new and unique design that used all of the available space, added a pantry, drawers for trash/recycling bins, spices & utensils, a blind corner and 42” pocket door cabinets that, when opened, provided additional counter space.  To top it all off we made it contemporary and beautiful with a stunning backsplash, under and over cabinet lighting, a custom range hood that we built in our workshop and elegant hardware.  The space was truly transformed and was now worthy of their loft-like ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.
