This project began with helping a long-term client (10 years!) to purchase the property.  Over the course of our relationship with this client, we have helped them purchase 4 investment properties with market research/analysis, and, since they live out of the country, we also communicated directly with their attorney, mortgage banker and other relevant parties to get the deal done.  Post-purchase, we rented out the property and managed it.  The client never had to deal with the tenants directly.

    After a few years, we decided the apartment needed an upgrade: new floors and a lot of attention to detail that would make the apartment look more beautiful and fresh.  We helped the client by getting the renovation approved by the condo board, choosing the materials (i.e. gorgeous 7” plank white oak flooring!) and then our team did the renovation with us managing the project.  The renovation allowed us to increase rent by over 30%!
