For this project, we were involved from purchase to sale.  We worked with the client, who had specific requirements regarding, neighborhood, inherent charm and of course budget.  We were able to find the right space, but the place needed a lot of work.  Our involvement here included helping the client purchase the property and then consulting & project management/owner’s rep throughout the renovation.  After some time the client decided she wanted to sell the property.  Unfortunately it was a difficult market, but with excellent marketing and diligence, we still managed to find a buyer and facilitate the transaction.
