Natasha
Partner
Natasha Zhuravsky was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She graduated from Boston University with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship. After college she worked as a financial planner and accountant before she decided to pursue a career in Real Estate Sales. Natasha also specializes in interior design and staging. She is licensed in New York & New Jersey and has 13 years of experience.
Natasha moved to Jersey City from Manhattan’s Upper West Side 6 years ago. She absolutely adores JC’s historical charm, abundance of trees & parks & proximity to restaurants and shops. Outside of work fun, Natasha also enjoys self development, antiquing, horticulture, cooking and playing tennis with Kaan in Hamilton Park.
Kaan Sanalan
Project Manager & Designer
Kaan Sanalan was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey. He moved to the US for college and graduated from Syracuse University’s School of Architecture with a minor in Real Estate. During his time at Syracuse he continued to developed his love for beautiful architecture while studying abroad in Florence, Paris & Amsterdam. After school he worked as an architect for a period, and then decided to pursue a career in real estate sales, which is what he has been happily doing for the past 7 years.
Kaan has further continued his RE education at NYU, where he received certificates in Real Estate Development & Investments. He also specializes in architectural design & renovations. Kaan has been a resident of Jersey City since 2013 & enjoys the sense of community and historical charm of the area. In his spare time, he plays and coaches soccer… and plays tennis with Natasha at Hamilton Park.
